By participating in The Pune Design Show 2026 hosted by A&i Digest (Disha Publications & Events), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Event Overview

• The Pune Design Show 2026 (Edition II) will be held on 19th, 20th & 21st June 2026 at Silver Palace, Hinjawadi, Pune.

• Event timings: 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM on all three days.

• The show includes a free-entry exhibition and paid convention sessions, themed PAUSE : THINK.

2. Registration & Entry

• All participants must register via the official event portal at www.thepunedesignshow.com.

• The Exhibition is open to all registered participants free of charge.

• Convention access is subject to payment and confirmation of convention pass purchase.

• Each pass is unique to the registered individual and is non-transferable.

• Participants must carry their QR code (sent via WhatsApp and email post registration) for smooth check-in at the venue.

3. Age Restrictions

• Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals below the age of 16 years.

• Valid age proof may be requested at the venue for verification.

4. Code of Conduct

• Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.

• Any behaviour that disrupts the event, causes offense, or violates the rights of others may result in removal without refund.

5. Photography and Video Recording

• The organisers will be capturing photo and video content during the event.

• By attending, you agree to the use of such media for event promotion, marketing, and documentation across A&i Digest and Pune Design Show platforms.

• Exhibiting brands may enforce separate rules regarding photography at their booths. Attendees must respect and comply with individual exhibitor policies.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• A&i Digest will not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.

• The event schedule, speakers, sessions, and workshops are subject to change at the discretion of the organisers.

7. Intellectual Property

• All event content, presentations, designs, and promotional material are the intellectual property of the respective speakers, brands, or A&i Digest. Unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Payments & Refunds

• All convention pass payments are strictly non-refundable once the purchase is completed, under any circumstances.
