By participating in The Pune Design Show hosted by A&I Digest (Disha Publications & Events), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
1. Event Overview
- The Pune Design Show will be held on 20th, 21st, and 22nd June 2025 at Silver Palace, Hinjawadi, Pune.
- The show includes a free-entry exhibition and paid convention sessions.
2. Registration & Entry
- All participants must register via the official event portal.
- Exhibition is open to all registered participants without a fee.
- Convention access is subject to payment and confirmation of convention pass purchase.
- Each pass is unique to the registered individual and is non-transferable.
3. Age Restrictions
- Entry is strictly prohibited for individuals below the age of 16 years.
- Valid age proof may be requested at the venue for verification.
4. Code of Conduct
- Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully at all times.
- Any behavior that disrupts the event, causes offense, or violates the rights of others may result in removal without refund.
5. Photography and Video Recording
- The organizers will be capturing photo and video content during the event.
- By attending, you agree to the use of such media for event promotion, marketing, and documentation.
- Exhibiting brands may enforce separate rules regarding photography at their booths. Attendees must respect and comply with individual exhibitor policies.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- A&I Digest will not be responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
- The event schedule, speakers, and sessions are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
7. Intellectual Property
- All event content, presentations, designs, and promotional material are the intellectual property of the respective speakers, brands, or A&I Digest. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
